Debra leaves to cherish her memory her husband Jon; a son Rudy Maldonado; one brother William Swinea and two sisters: Donna Lake and Debra's twin Denise (Melvin) Bibbee. Sadly she was precreded in death by her parents William & Marjorie (Seratt) Swinea.
