Kersey, Deborah Ann, age 68 of Lincoln Park., passed away February 21, 2020 on a beautiful sunny day surrounded by her loving family. Loving wife of Robin for 48 wonderful years. Loving mother of LeeAnn Rowley, Amy (Brian) Van Jaarsveld, Beth (Ben) Madigan. Cherished Grammy of Jordan, Tyler, Jake, Haydan, Maximus, Spencer, Benjamin, Lorraine, and Timothy. Beloved sister of Daniel (Ellen) Herr, and the late Timothy Herr and Chris Herr. Dearest daughter of William and Lorraine Herr. Debbie dedicated over 12 years to serving the City of Lincoln Park in the Treasurer’s office. She is an Ovarian Cancer survivor. Debbie frequently volunteered at schools, Lincoln Park North little league, and helped many during their time of need. We loved you the mostest.
