Debbie Edgerton

Debbie Edgerton of Allen Park, Michigan passed away in her home during the early hours of Monday, October 9th, 2023 at the age of 62. Beloved mother of Bert (Sarah) Edgerton and Jaclyn (Tim) Burnham. Loving daughter of Caroline and the late Joseph Hopkins. Dear sister of Laurie (Carl) Daggs, and Linda (Mark) Rizak and the late Jeff (Sue) Hopkins. Sister-in-law of John (Anne) Edgerton, the late Michael (Jennifer) Edgerton. Cherished grandma of Bert, Rylee, Elena, Alex, Emily, Lily, Tim, and Carter. Caring aunt to many nieces and nephews. Adored companion of Pat Shaw. Debbie was preceded in death by her husband Bert Edgerton. She will be deeply missed by many loving family and friends.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 10915 Allen Road, 48101. The memorial service will be held the following day, Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Angelica Lutheran Church located at 8400 Park Avenue, Allen Park, MI 48101. Service at 1:00 p.m. Inurnment will take place at Woodmere Cemetery at a later date.
