David Joseph Jackson "Hollywood Dave"

David Joseph Jackson “Hollywood Dave”, age 62 of Carleton, passed away March 23, 2023 at Beaumont Trenton Hospital.

Born in Detroit, David was the son of Lawrence and Bertha (Bishop) Jackson. A graduate of Carlson High School, he most recently had been working at Walmart. David was an avid Detroit Lions Fan, he enjoyed working outside and going to the movies, but his most treasured times were those spent with his family.

David leaves to cherish his memory his children: Brian Jackson and Joshua (Jaylin Ramicone) Jackson; grandchildren: Raegan Jackson, Cameron Jackson and Valencia Jackson; as well as seven siblings: Sandy (Dave) Kettler, Lynn (Dave) Ashcraft, Valerie Fair, Larry Jackson, Rick (Sheila) Jackson, Jim (Veronica Jackson and Debra Burns. Sadly he was preceded in death by his parents; a sister Carol Minnick and a brother-in-law Matt Fair.
