David C. Becker

Becker, David C., age 70 of Rockwood, passed away November 25, 2021. Born July 29, 1951 in Syracuse, NY to the late George and Jeanne Becker. David served his country honorably in the United States Navy aboard the USS Sampson. After serving, David was employed at Park Manufacturing as a machinist, as well as an armed security officer at NAIAS. David served his community as a Captain with the Rockwood Fire Department where he was a fireman and EMT for 32 years. He also was a Scoutmaster with the Grosse Ile Boy Scout Troop #1261, where he mentored many youth with achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. David leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 43 years Candice J. Becker (Quattro). Beloved father of Christopher (Stephanie) Macionski of Tampa, FL and Megan Macionski of Spokane, WA. Proud grandfather of Zoie Parlier, Zachary Parlier, Peyton Macionski, and Jacob Macionski. Great grandfather of Eli Wurmnest. Also survived by his father-in-law Henry (Carol) Quattro, brothers and sister-in-law Terrence (Shirley) Quattro, Forrest (Beth) Quattro, and Cheryl (Ernest) Remsnyder, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Sunday December 5, 2021 from 2:00pm-8:00pm, Funeral Service with Military Honors 6:00pm, at the Ford Chapel-Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 23620 N.
