David Franklin Tracy
"Dave"
May 15, 1984-December 6, 2024
Dave was undoubtedly a one of a kind, once in a lifetime, funny, smart, dedicated and fun loving Father, Husband, Friend, and Brother. He is survived by his two beautiful children Lilly Membrance Tracy (11) and David Thomas Tracy (6) as well as his wife Jessica and many friends. He loved spending time with his kids whether it was going fishing, in the garage listening to music, watching movies, or playing Pennsylvania Polka every Sunday morning while making breakfast to wake the house up. He loved spending every minute he could with his family. Dave loved music and played in bands in his younger years. He shared his love of music with his family and set up a music room with all of his instruments to teach them to play. Dave has left such an impact on so many people's lives and anyone who has spent time with him knows there was never a dull moment. Especially when he would fire off the signal cannon or play Irish music to the loudest setting. Dave spent many summers from childhood to adulthood at one of his best friends' family cottages in Pinckney and brought his wife and kids. So many great memories were made. He was so happy and proud that he could watch his and his best friends' kids grow up together like they did.
Dave was also a man of many talents, you name it he could usually figure out how to fix or build it. He worked in the HVAC field for 20+ years and met many great people and formed lifelong bonds along the way. Dave was always the go to guy for an issue on or off the clock. He loved working in HVAC and if there was something new to learn he jumped at the opportunity to learn it. Dave will be so missed but I know he would not want his friends to forget his mottos. Safety 3rd and Anything can be solved with anger and aggression.
Please join us to celebrate the life of Dave Tracy and show his kids how many people loved, admired, and respected their Dad.
