Daryl E. Snyder

Daryl died on June 10, 2019 at his home in Rockwood at the age of 82. Beloved father of Karen (Sam) Jackson, Rose (Bob) Dallape and the late Diana Yanez. Beloved father-in-law of Ray Yanez. Proud grandpa of Alyssa Dallape, Paul Yanez and Jesse Yanez. Dearest brother of Ken, Howard, Fred, Ron and Roy Snyder. Also survived by many other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Rose Anna (nee: Rockwell) Snyder and his brothers and sisters; Phyllis Smith, Norman Snyder, Earl Snyder, Byron Snyder, Naomi Geist, Olive Slee and Ray Snyder. Daryl proudly served his Country in the United States Army and was retired from Severstal (Rouge Steel). Visitation is on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 4 pm until the time of the service on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 7:15 both at The Ford Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 23620 N. Huron River Drive, Rockwood. The Downriver Veterans Honor Guard will participate in the service. Memorial contribution may be made as the donor chooses.
