Danny Louis Smith of Allen Park, Michigan passed away suddenly in the late hours of Thursday, October 12, 2023 at the age of 70. Beloved husband of 33 years to Barbara Smith. Cherished brother of Susan Nuttall. Loving uncle of Ryan (April) Nuttall, Matthew Nuttall, and Zachary Nuttall and numerous other nieces and nephews. Dearest great-uncle of Isabelle Nuttall. Caring brother-in-law of David (Judy) Merritt, Mary Gunter, Nancy Kobaree-Albadani, and Hiram (Sheila) Merritt. Danny was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Sue Smith. He will be deeply missed by many loving family and friends.

Visitation for Danny will take place on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 10915 Allen Road, 48101. There will be visitation the following day, Wednesday, October 18, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery in Flat Rock, Michigan.
