Connie was born on October 15, 1943 in Wyandotte, Michigan and died on January 12, 2023 at Beaumont Hospital Trenton at the age of 79; she was of Gibraltar. Cherished wife of 56 years to Leo. Loving mother of Amy (Paul) Weisenstein and Allen (Davena) Kormos. Proud grandmother of Courtney (Brent) Gunn, Paul Weisenstein (Megan Linna), Rachel Rohn (Tyler Steffes) and Benjamin (Morgan) Rohn and great grandmother of Jonah and Celeste. Dearest sister of Fran (Richard) Winters. Dearest aunt of Steven Winters and Andrea Winters and great aunt of Robyn Winters and Autumn Winters. Preceded in death by her parents Frank and Hattie Nowski. Also survived by many other loving family and friends. Visitation is on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 3 pm to 9 pm with a Rosary on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 6 pm both at The Ford Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 23620 N. Huron River Dr., Rockwood, MI. Connie will lie in state at St. Mary, Our Lady of the Annunciation Parish, 32477 Church Street, Rockwood on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 10 am until the time of the Funeral Liturgy which will begin at 10:30 am. Interment Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions to honor Connie’s life may be made as the donor chooses.
