Clyde “Ed” Thompson Jr. Age 82 years of Romulus. Clyde was the son of Clyde Sr. and Meredith Thompson. Beloved husband of Iva Thompson. Loving father of Terry (Debbie), Clyde III (Linda), Linda (Dennis) Johnson, Dan (Mary Char) and Steve (Beth). Ed was loved by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survived by his brother, Timothy. Preceded in death by his late brother, Tom and his two sisters, Phyllis and Patricia. Visitation is on Monday (11/8/21) from 2-7 pm with a Masonic service on Monday at 5 pm at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard). Funeral service is to take place the following morning at 10 am on Tuesday (11/9/21). Ed will be processed to Michigan Memorial Park at 11 am following service.
