Charles 'Red' A. Davis

Davis, Charles "Red" A. Age 79. March 10, 2014 of Detroit. Beloved husband of 57 years to Sue. Loving dad of Michael (Bobbi), Jimmy (Angela), Larry and Karen (Tony) Sheppard. Proud pappaw of 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Also survived by 2 sisters Alice Bustos and Jeanne Sietz and 1 brother Troy Davis as well as other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Johnnie and Easter (nee: Brannom) Davis, 1 brother Ted Davis and 1 sister Flossie Gould. Chuck graduated from LaFollette High School in Tennessee and went on to serve his Country in the United State Air Force. He was the owner of Red's Park-In Bar in Detroit and loved car racing and boating; he was happiest making sure that other people were happy and having a good time. Memorial contributions to honor his memory may be made to ">Alzheimer's Association or to the charity of the donor's choice.
