Charles R. Cevora

Charles was born on September 5, 1928 in Detroit, Michigan and died on January 16, 2020 at Forest View Assisted Living in Brownstown at the age of 91; he was of Allen Park. Beloved husband of the late Louise. Loving dad of Janay (Tony) Bongiorno, Jill (Dave) Tortonesi and June (Mark) Farrah. Proud grandpa of Erin, Bryan (Brittany), Grant, Morgan, Mark and Anthony (Tara) and great grandpa of Lauren, Ryan, Brianna, Nevaeh, Jalyn and Dominic. Dearest brother-in-law of Linda Wolff. Also survived by his nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Antonia (nee: Kozeny) Cevora, two brothers Henry and Joseph, two sisters Elsie and Blanche and his brother-in-law Lewis Wolff. Visitation is on Sunday, January 19, 2020 from 2 – 7 pm at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard). The funeral service is on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 11 am at the funeral home; the Rev. Dr. Wayne A. Price will officiate. Private entombment will be at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions to honor Charles' life may be made to the Penrickton Center for Blind Children.
