Charles M. Stallman

Born in Detroit, Charles was the son of Charles and Margaret (Roach) Stallman. He married the love of his life, Catherine McDiarmid, on November 6, 1965. Charles worked for over 34 years as Teacher and Counselor with Taylor Public Schools, retiring in 1997. He also owned and operated Island Gardens, growing and selling Perennials at the Ann Arbor Farm Market for over 42 years. Charles was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and very active with the Taylor Rotary club. Charles leaves to cherish his memory, Catherine, his wife of the past 52 years; children: Edward (Tania) Stallman and Christine (Keith) Hook; grandchildren: Stephen Stallman and Aaron Hook as well as a sister Viola Butler. Sadly he was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Ann Wilson
