Charles Bays

Charles is survived by his four daughters: Teresa (Dale) Hayford of Monroe, Linda (Robert) Shipman of LaSalle, Charlene (Foster) Schmitt of Pompano Beach, Florida and Edith (Lonnie) Poupard of Belleville. He is also survived by a sister Desmol (Merlin) Osterhout as well as ten grandchildren: Amy Harbough, Mishia Hayford, Melissa Hemry, Aron Shipman, Bethany Schmitt, Dustin Hayford, Mandi Kinne , Chad Schmitt, Brandon Hayford, Lonnie Poupard Jr., a step grandchild Shawn Poupard, and 10 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents Charles was preceded in death by four brothers: Estil, Curtis, Homer, Taulbee and two sisters: Osie Miller and Myrtle Poe.
