Cathy Ann Mahoney

Cathy Ann Mahoney of Brownstown Twp., Michigan passed away in the early hours of Sunday, October 29, 2023 at the age of 71. Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Mahoney. Dearest stepmom of John (Tricia) Mahoney and Erin (Rob) Knox. Loving grandma of Meghan (Josh Sauve), McKenna, J.T. and Jayden. Dear sister of Jim (Diane) Carmody, Pat (the late Vanessa) Carmody, and Colleen (Daryl) Hicks. Cathy was preceded in death by her parents James and Jeannette Carmody and her brother Steve (Christy) Carmody. She was a cherished grandma who loved spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Visitation for Cathy will take place on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 3200 West Road, 48183. There will be a family sharing time at 6:00 p.m. that evening at the funeral home. Cathy’s remains will be inurned at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery at a later date.
