Slupek, Carole E., age 72, died on April 27, 2019. Beloved wife of the late John Slupek. Loving mother of Toni Black, Nick (Michelle) Amato and Doni (Jeff) Polenz. Also survived by her grandchildren Shay (Krista) Black, Joseph Holt, Samantha (Chelsea) Pelaccio, Charles Amato, James Polenz and Joselyn Polenz; her great grandchildren Shay Black and Jackson Holt; her siblings Shirleen and Clifford Moore. Contributions in memory of Carole's life may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
