Carmen L. Vance

Carmen Vance (Miracle), age 57 of Flat Rock, MI, passed away August 20th at home. Carmen (Lou) was born July 7th, 1961 in Trenton, MI. Daughter of Broda and Barbara Mullins (Miracle). She worked at Speedway in Carleton and took a medical retirement. She is survived by husband Cecil Vance and a daughter Tabitha Laboe ( 6 yrs); a sister Mary Ruth Creger of Brooklyn, MI; a sister Dawn Laboe of Rockwood, MI She was proceeded in death by (brothers) John Miracle, Terry Miracle, David Miracle and (sisters) Sharon Hurst (Miracle), Carol Brown (Miracle.)
