Carl F. Duetscher

Born in Point Place, Ohio, Carl was the son of Carl H. and Marie (Piaski) Duetsdcher. Carl faithfully served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He married the love of his life, Patricia "Lena" Tillie, on February 27, 1965 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Monroe. Sadly she preceded him in death July 5, 1995. A dedicated husband and father, Carl worked for over 25 years at Ford Motor Company here in Monroe, retiring in 1989. Carl was a member of the Toledo Elks, he enjoyed bowling, golfing and dancing and was well as being known for his great sense of humor, right to the very end. Carl leaves to cherish he memory two children: Linda Duetscher of Monroe and Carl A. Duetscher of Monroe; as well as cousins: Tom (Barbara) Lamarand, Marilyn Meinen, Barbara Strelcheck, Wilford Lamarand, Nancy Webb and Carol Lamarand. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Phyllis DiPasqua and cousins: Joyce Schonfeld, Betty Perkle and Elaine Borchardt.
