Breanna Carnes, age 25 of Lincoln Park, passed away August 6, 2018. Loving mother of Seth Carnes. Beloved daughter of John Carnes and the late Natalie Guizar. Dearest sister of Marta (Jason) Robinson, Cori-Anne Carnes, Jeffery Carnes, and Michael Carnes. Breanna is also survived by her grandmother Cecilia Marie Guizar, aunts, and several nieces and nephews.
