Born in Monroe, Bonnie was the daughter of Vernon and Thelma (Cheek) Vinton. She worked as a Phlebotomist in the Lab at Mercy-Memorial Hospital for 28 years, retiring in 2004. Bonnie loved to play Bingo. She also enjoyed crocheting, especially potholders and afghans, which she was always giving away to family and friends. Her afghans were also sent to service men and women overseas. Bonnie leaves to cherish her memory two sons: Joel Hasley of Monroe and Kristopher (Lisa) Kezeli of Houston, Texas; sisters: Betty Waterhouse of Monroe and Billee (Paul) Larner of Monroe; brothers: Charles Vinton of Monroe and Timothy Vinton of Monroe; as well as three grandchildren: Kalvin Kezeli of Houston, Texas, Kelsey Kezeli of Houston, Texas and Tristan Hasley of New Boston. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews. Sadly Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; a brother-in-law Cris Waterhouse and a nephew Adam Waterhouse. The family would like to thank Bonnie's friends at Mable Kehres Apartments and the staff at the Heartland Health Care Center for the exceptional care they not only gave Bonnie, but her family as well. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Bonnie's honor are asked to consider Paula's House.
