Billie Jean Cosby-Rugenski Iii

Born in Monroe, Billie was the son of Billie Jean and Georgia (Nixon) Cosby II. He married the love of his life, Aaron Rugenski, on August 20, 2016. Billie worked for Knopf International Moving Company. He enjoyed writing, rescuing animals and binge-watching television series, but his most treasured times were those spent with his family.

Billie leaves to cherish his memory, Aaron, who he has been with for the past 17 years; his mother Georgia (Richard) Warren and 9 siblings: Connie Cosby, Adam (Katie) Cosby, Samantha (Michael) Myers, Crystal (Zack) Edwards, Maegan (Josiah) Kelley, Tommie Lynn Taylor, Jamie Anderson, Nicholas Goudy and Donnie Blair. Sadly he was preceded in death by his father.
