Beverly G. Markus

Markus, Beverly Gabrieleen, 80. September 14, 2017, of Trenton, Michigan. Beloved wife of the late Albert Markus for 58 years. Dearest mother of Kerri (Scott) VanWallaghen and Kelly Markus. Most loved grandmother of Alex (Rachel), Ryan, Donnie (Julie) VanWallaghen. Cherished great-grandmother of Kinsley VanWallaghen. Dear sister of the late John R. Toth. Beverly was born on January 18, 1937 at home in Detroit, Michigan to the late Martin and Mary Toth. Moving to Wyandotte in 1950, she graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1955. She married Albert Markus in 1957 and later retired from the city of Wyandotte Municipal Department to raise a family in Trenton where she has been a long time resident. Beverly had a great love of animals, the outdoors, golf, and writing. She was devoted to her family and had a kind giving spirit. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.
