Betty J. Ward

Betty was born on February 19, 1937 in Dearborn, Michigan and died on January 22, 2022 at Aerius Health Center in Riverview at the age of 84; she was of Riverview and formerly of Plymouth and Northville. Beloved wife of the late James. Loving mom of Rick (Joyce) Ward and Sheryl (the late David) Pappas. Proud grandmother of Justin Ward, Jordyn (Dan) Brady, Brian Ward and Mitchell Pappas and great grandmother of Logan Brady. Also survived by one niece, two nephews, other loving family and friends. Betty was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Edith (nee: Burn) Thurston and one sister Dolores Simmons. Services will be private. Memorial contributions to honor Betty’s life may be made to the Salvation Army.
