Bernadine Floyd

Bernadine Floyd of New Boston, Michigan passed away in the early hours of Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at the age of 96 while surrounded by her loving family. Cherished wife of the late Freeman L. Floyd, Sr., Dear mother of Freeman Jr. (Janet) Floyd, Cheryl (Karl) Keck, Richard (Lisa) Floyd, and Patti (Andy) Bonham.

Caring grandmother of Jodi (Dan) Tate, Tricia (Scott) Dobson, Karl (Missy) Keck, Tyler (Sarah) Floyd, Trevor Floyd, Kristen (Eric) Wilczynski, and Kaitlin Bonham (Matt). Adored great-grandmother of 10. Bernadine was preceded in death by her parents Ellie and Henry Grady Angle and her sister Katie Sue (William) Gehlert. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 3200 West Road, 48183. Bernadine will lie In State at St. Paul Lutheran Church located at 2550 Edsel, Trenton, MI 48183 on Monday, March 3, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. and a procession to Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery will follow immediately, where Bernadine will be entombed alongside her husband.
