Barbara Jean Grzesiek-Lambrix

Barbara Jean Grzesiek-Lambrix, age 72 of Ida, passed away Friday, July 22, 2022 at ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital surrounded by her family. Born May 23, 1950 in Monroe, Barb was the daughter of Bobby and Helen (Willaert) Edwards. A graduate of Monroe High School, she married James Grzesiek in 1967. She then married Butch Lambirx July 30, 1997. Sadly he preceded her in death February 25, 2007. Barb worked as a Cashier at Kroger for over 20 years, from 1977 until her retirement. She was a member of Victory Temple Church of God. She enjoyed doll making, playing Bunko and Bingo, but her most treasured times were those spent with her family. Barb leaves to cherish her memory her children: Jeff (Melanie) Grzesiek, Paul (Melissa) Grzesiek and Michele Rankin; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild; as well as three siblings: Bob (Carol) Edwards, John (Karen) Edwards and Sandy (Jeff) Davis. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one brother David Edwards. Memorial Contributions in honor of Barb may be made to Victory Temple Church of God.
