Barbara Ann Bommarito

Barbara Ann Bommarito, age 92 of Trenton, passed away January 17, 2025.

Born August 10, 1932 in Detroit, Barbara was the daughter of David and Keitha “Irene” (Edmonds) Beaty. A graduate of Lincoln Park High School, she married the love of her life, Peter “Joe” Bommarito, on January 10, 1950. Sadly he preceded her in death, June of 1996. A dedicated homemaker, Barbara also had worked as a Bookkeeper for West Shore Golf and Country Club as well as RL Polk. She was a member of the Eastern Star, the Trenton Senior Club and Trenton United Methodist Church. Barbara enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and reading, but her most treasured times were those spent with her family.

Barbara leaves to cherish her memory her children: Bill (Shari) Bommarito, Joe (Karen) Bommarito and Maryann (Keith) Williams; as well as 7 grandchildren and a brother Bill (Kathy) Beaty. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother David Beaty.

In accordance with Barbara’s wishes, cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Martenson Family of Funeral Homes. Inurnment will take place with her husband at Michigan Memorial Park.
