Arthur 'Ed' Fowler

Fowler, Arthur "Ed" was born on September 21, 1933 in New Boston, Texas and died at his home in Brownstown Twp. on April 26, 2016 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of 59 years to Mary. Loving dad of Michael (Lisa) of Evanson, Illinois, Deb (Ken) Jerome of Brownstown, Michigan and Denise (Eddie) Mintz of Canton, Michigan. Proud papaw of David Mintz, Brianna Fowler, Lauren Smith, Zachary Fowler, Cameron Smith and Koren Fowler. Dearest brother of Marilyn Johnson of Grapeville, Texas and Sherry Russell of New Boston, Texas. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Lillian (nee: Neese) and 1 brother Morris. Arthur proudly served his Country in the United States Army. He was a life-time Masonic Lodge member as well as being a handy man that was able to repair anything. Arthur's love in life was his family; he also loved flying his plane. He retired in 1993 after 35 years of working for Arrow Trucks and Parts, in Detroit. There will be a gathering on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 10 am until the time of the Memorial Service which will include Military Honors at 10:30 am all at Faith United Methodist Church, 2530 Charlton, Trenton, MI.
