Click on the tribute wall above to view Arlene's video tribute. Arlene Exel, age 82 of Dearborn, passed away peacefully August 23, 2019. Loving wife of Donald. Dear mother of Dayna (John) Carmody. Very proud grandmother of Devan. Arlene is also survived by her brother Richard (Jean) Belan, niece Ardis Rutley, and nephews David Belan, Jeffry Belan, Christopher Belan, Richard Belan, and Douglas Rutley. Sadly she was preceded in death by her brothers Henry and Donald Belan. Arlene had a great love for her family, dogs, spending time in her garden, playing Scrabble with her “Honey XL”, and was also a devoted member of her church.
