Antonia Muscat

Antonia Muscat was born on April 28, 1932 in Malta and died on February 23, 2023 at Beaumont Hospital Trenton at the age of 90; she was of Southgate. Beloved wife of the late Paul Vella and the late John “Jim” Muscat. Cherished mother of Sally (Mike) Henderson, Janet (Matt) Martin, Mary (Marty) Micallef, Grace Harris and Jimmy (T’ayre) Muscat. Proud grandmother of Jayme (Jason) Gehrke, Lisa (Joe) Draheim, Brian Henderson and Lyndi (Yonas) Leguesse and step grandmother of Michael (Amanda) Micallef, Miranda Micallef, Madilyn Micallef, Melina Micallef, Sunny (Allison) Harrison, Julia Harris, Diana Harris, Nicholas Muscat, Marlene Muscat and Joey Muscat. Also survived by several great grandchildren, other loving family and friends. Visitation is on Monday, February 27, 2023 from 2 pm to 8 pm with a Rosary on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 6 pm both at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard). Antonia will lie in state at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 9000 Laurence, Allen Park on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 9:30 am until the time of the Funeral Liturgy which will begin at 10 am. Interment Woodmere cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association
