Born in Monroe, Tony was the son of Antanas and Helen Cesnulis. He married Kathy Ann Cline on August 25, 1978. While living in Windsor, Ontario, Tony last worked at a warehouse in Detroit, packaging and shipping automotive parts overseas. In the past he also had worked at McLouth Steel, Monroe Evening News, Roselawn Memorial Park, Metal Stamping Company, the Golden Drumstick Restaurant and was a taxi cab driver. For the past 3 years he had been the caregiver for his mother. One of Tony's favorite pastimes was playing cards, especially Pinochle. He could often be found playing at the Monroe Center, the Knights of Columbus or Dundee Senior Center. He also enjoyed bicycling, walking, camping, gardening and winter vacations in Florida. If Tony was not playing cards he would rather be outside. He very much enjoyed taking care of animals, birds, humming birds and especially cats. Tony leaves to cherish his memory his mother Helen Cesnulis of Monroe; daughters Stacey Cesnulis of Newport and Stephanie (Gary Justice) Cesnulis of Newport; a sister Irene Sobotincic of Monroe and a nephew Stephen Sobotincic of West Chester, Pennsylvania; as well as his ex-wife Kathy Ann Cesnulis of Newport and his very good friend Betty Steffas of Monroe. Sadly he was preceded in death by his father and a daughter Samantha Cesnulis. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution are asked to consider the National Stroke Association or the American Diabetes Association.
