Anne G. Hool

Born in Pontiac, Anne was the daughter of Charles and Gertrude (Lambrix) Houle. She was married to Steven Laczay in January of 1963, and from this union came the birth of their one son Stephen. Anne started playing organ in church at the age of 9 and continued up until her recent illness. She played at many churches in the Southeast Michigan area for weddings funerals and Sunday services, as well as having been the organist for many years at St. Mary Catholic Church in Rockwood, of which she was a member. Anne also retired from the State of Michigan after many years of employment. Anne leaves to cherish her memory her son Stephen Laczay; a sister Elaine Houle; and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Sadly she was preceded in death by her parents; as well as two siblings: Catherine Houle-LaDuke and Joanne Houle.
