Ann Dumouchelle

Annie (Nazarian) Dumouchelle, of Trenton, Michigan passed away on August 26, 2023 at the age of 89. Cherished wife for 61 years to her late husband Lawrence (Larry). Dearest mother to Lawrence Jr. (Terry) and Richard (Lisa). Also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister Virginia Bialy and many other extended family and friends. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from Southwestern High School. Worked in many of the Detroit downtown banks until her retirement in 1958. Move to Trenton Michigan in 1959. Had two children. Later she started working for the Trenton Publics schools as a lunchroom Cashier and Food server for 28 years upon her retirement in 2001. During that time, she attended night school at Sacred Seminary School for 4 years and received her certification in Pastoral Ministry. This was for her a very deep spiritual journey. She was a very active member of St. Timothy Catholic Church for over 60 years and held many positions. Her last position held until her death was leader of St. Timothy Women Honor Guard organization for over 32 years.

Family always came first with Ann, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt. She cherished and loved her family and friends very much. She will be remembered for her wit, sense of humor, her kindness and giving heart to help anyone who needed help. Her outside interests were sewing for Children Hospital and belonging to two knit and crochet groups to donate items made for the needy. She also sewed quilts and donated a volume of dresses sewn for the needy girls in Africa as well as baby items for the Pregnancy Crisis Center.


Her interests were music, she taught herself to play the piano, sang in the church choir. She was an avid reader, loved counted cross stitching, sewing, doing crafts, and studying theology.


She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Jasper and Alice Nazarian, sister Nancy Mouradjianite, brother John Nazarian, brother-in-law Raymond Bialy, Nick Mouradjian.


She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She is now with the Lord, her husband and all the souls she touched thru out her life.


A mass will be held at St. Timothy’s Church on Wednesday August 30, 2023 at 10 AM.


She will be laid out at Martenson Funeral Home on Tuesday August 29, 2023 from 2:00 - 9:00 PM


Burial will be at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery.
