Angela Kay Finley

Finley, Angela Kay, age 41 of Brownstown, passed away November 27th, 2016. Beloved daughter of James and Janice Finley. Loving sister of Steven Finley, and April(James) Stewart. Caring aunt of Katie Finley, Maggie Stewart, and Morriah Stewart. Dear granddaughter of Irene Finley. Preceded in death by Grandfather's Roy Finley and Richard Kleinert, and also grandmother Ruby Kleinert. Angela is also survived by many other loving family members and friends. Angela went to Madison School and completed the program at Josephine Brighton Skills Center. She was actively involved in the Arc bowling league, and also competed in the Special Olympics held in Mt. Pleasant, bringing home gold, silver, and bronze medals. Angela was also involved with the STEP workshop, the downriver Arkay program, and was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Trenton. She was also a pioneer girl. Angela enjoyed watching her DVD's, listening to her CD's, painting, and coloring. But above all, she enjoyed spending time with her 3 nieces that were extremely precious to her. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 2-9pm at the Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes. A funeral service for Angela will be held Thursday, in-state at 10am, with the service beginning at 11am, at First Presbyterian Church in Trenton. Anyone wishing to make a donation in Angela's honor are asked to consider the American Cancer Society, or the Arc(Association for Retarded Citizens).
