Amy Elizabeth (Hall) Phillips 42, of Ambridge, PA passed away on November 23, 2017. She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Benjamin and Carol Hall; Ernest and Rose Marie Knight, and sister: Heather Hall. She is survived by her parents Jim and Colleen Hall; Mother in Law, Barb Vanats; her loving husband Stephen; step children: Fawn (Jimmy) Dennis, Sabrina Phillips, Drew Phillips (Colleen) and four grandchildren, Bella and Mia Phillips and Keston and Harper Dennis; brothers Mike (Wendy) Hall, Scott Hall; sister Liza (Bradley) Wynn; Sister and Brother-in-Laws: Debbie (Mike) McDonald, Al Phillips, Dan (Tammie) Phillips and Bill (Teresa) Phillips; and many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins on both the Hall and Phillips sides. Growing up Amy was an excellent soccer player and figure skater earning respect and medals in both sports. She graduated from Trenton High School of Trenton, MI in 1993. After working in the mental health field for several years she pursued a degree to further her skills. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Medical Administration from Robert Morris University, Pittsburgh, PA with a 3.94 GPA, earning high honors: Presidential Award for most outstanding student for Health Services Administration, Deans Scholar for Nursing and Health Services, National Society Leadership of Success--Sigma Alpha Pi, Phi Theta Kappa and held a seat on the Advisory Board for the Community College of Beaver County, PA. After earning her degree she continued to follow her passion of working with children and adolescents in need of mental health services and community outreach. Amy had such a beautiful and kind soul. She would do anything to make someone feel comfortable, worthy and adored. She was the pillar of grace and love for all that crossed her path. She was a protector and number one supporter of her family and closest friends. Amy was so loved by many. Her smile was true and radiant, like sunshine in the rain. We will miss our sweet Amy. We hope that she is swimming among the waves of Lake Michigan with the sun shining on her forever soul. She will forever be in our hearts.
