Alvino Martinez, Jr. of Lincoln Park, MI passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of the late Josephine Martinez. Loving father of Philip (the late Suzanne), Lisa (Raymond), Delia, Martin, Alvino III (Florence), Jesse, and Mandy (Billy). Cherished grandfather of 24 and great-grandfather of 21. Caring brother of Olivia (Alfredo) and Raymond. Best friend of Bill Sulak. Alvino was preceded in death by his parents Alvino Sr. and Maria Martinez, his siblings; Jesse, Alfredo, Lydia, and Arturo, and his two grandchildren; Philip Robert and Kayla. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. Visitation will take place at the Allen Park Chapel of Martenson Funeral Home located at 10915 Allen Road on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 28, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary service Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m. The Mass of Resurrection will be held the following day, Monday, November 29, 2021 at St. Patrick Catholic Church located at 711 Rickett Road, Brighton, MI 48116. In State 9:30 a.m. and Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Brownstown Twp.
