Alice Brower

Brower, Alice. Age 99. Born on September 4, 1915 in Philadelphia, PA and died December 2, 2014 in Taylor, MI. Beloved wife of the late John. Loving mother of Joan (the late Michael) Rusko and John (Kimberly) Brower. Proud grandmother of Cheryl (Al) Laemmel, Michelle (Chuck) Balan and Michael (Kathy) Rusko. Great grandmother of Alexander (Jennifer) Gavrila, Valerie Gavrila, Jennifer Thompson, Carolyn Rusko, Michael Rusko, Jr. and Courtney Marie Justice. Great great grandmother of Jack Thompson. Dearest sister of Howard, and Arthur (Jill) Ziemer. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents John and Lulu (nee: Creveling) Ziemer; three brothers William, Ernest and Jack Ziemer and one sister Ruth Borst. Alice was an excellent seamstress, a volunteer for the American Red Cross and was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Toms River, NJ.
