Alfred William Sidebottom, Jr

Alfred William Sidebottom, Jr. of Riverview was born on July 20, 1944 in Wyandotte, Michigan and died on November 11, 2018 at Belle Fountain in Riverview; he was 74 years old. Beloved husband of 52 years to Kay. Loving dad of Kathy (Jerome) Mulka, Al, III (Cecilia) Sidebottom and Chris (Dana) Sidebottom. Proud grandpa of Doug, Andrew, Angelina, Danielle, Amber, Crystal, Jennifer and Alice. Also survived by many loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Irene (nee: Meyers) Sidebottom, two sisters Winnifred and Violet and one brother Frederick. He will be missed by his dog Shelby. Alfred graduated from Riverview High School in 1962 and retired from BASF; he also served for 42 years on the Trenton Mid-Summer Festival committee and served on the Trenton Historical Museum Commission. His family was his love in life and he also loved cars, history and collecting. Memorial contributions to honor Alfred's life may be made as the donor chooses.
