Alexis Marjorie Buhay

Alexis Marjorie Buhay, 3 ½ months, passed away in the arms of her parents on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. She was born January 22, 2018 in Ann Arbor. Alexis touched the lives of so many in her short time here. She was a strong willed little girl with an extraordinary fighting spirit. She proved day after day that she was in charge of her destiny, and we were just along for the ride. Alexis was a special gift from God, and we are all blessed to have been a part of her beautiful journey. Survived by her loving parents, Dennis and Amy; proud big sister, Beatrice; grandparents, Ted and Brenda Roll and Susan Buhay; aunts and uncles, Ted (Barb) Roll, Rob (Alicia) Roll, Holly (Brandon) Frederick, Nicholas Buhay (Natalie Keys) and Kerri Buhay (Christopher Gregory); cousins, Kayla, Meghan, Abby, Sienna, Alyvia, Ella, Nora, Lydia and Cole; great grandparents, Beatrice and George Price and many extended family members who loved and accepted her. Predeceased by grandfather, Dennis E. Buhay and baby cousin, James Roll. Visitation Friday 2 – 8 pm, Rosary 7:30 pm at Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Rd., Trenton. In state Saturday 9:30am until Mass 10:30am at Gesu Catholic Church, 17180 Oak Dr., Detroit. Entombment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Brownstown. Memorial contributions to Ronald McDonald House – C.S.
