Albina Kundrat-Graham

Albina Kundrat-Graham; age 90 of Frenchtown Twp. was born on May 17, 1926 in Conneaut, Ohio to Christy and Mary (nee: Cappuccilli) Carducci and died on December 14 at IHM Health Care Center in Monroe. Beloved wife of the late Charles Graham and the late Paul Kundrat. Loving mother of Anna M. (the late Herbert) Ball of Monroe, Paula Ann (Barney) Bunce of Monroe and the late Timothy D. Kundrat of Monroe. Step-mother of Diane (Fred) Riddell of Wisconsin and Charles R. Graham of Dundee. Cherished grandmother of Todd, Eric, Tara, and Brent Kundrat and Tasha, Melissa, Aaron, Lisa and the late Shane Ball and great grandmother of Jay, Markese, Isabella, Gianna Ava, Lilly, Ryan, Caleb, Mikhail, Sean and Sara. Dearest sister of Ralph (Rainelle) Carducci of Monroe. Also survived by her sister-in-law Barbara Carducci, nieces, nephews other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Lucy (Gerald) Hammer and Mary Ann (Walter) Wozniak and one brother James Carducci. Albina graduated in 1944 from St. Mary's Academy and was retired from Monroe Auto Equipment which is now know as Tenneco; she led a very active life and was a long-time parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church where she belonged to the Christian Women and was a member of the Parish Council. She was active with the Monroe and Frenchtown Senior Citizen Centers and served the Frenchtown Place on the council and as a treasurer; she was also a member of the Comboni Missionaries Ladies Auxiliary. Visitation will be Monday from 1 – 9 pm with a Rosary Monday 6 pm both at The Allore Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 203 East Elm Ave., Monroe. Albina will lie in state on Tuesday 9:30 am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church until the time of the Funeral Liturgy which will be at 10 am. Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Monroe. Memorial contributions to honor her life may be made as the donor chooses.
