Beloved son of Dortha Webb and the late Robert Webb. Dear brother of Marie (Willie) Williams, Laura (the late David) Delp, Fern (Dean) Hudson and Rebecca (Charles) Hemric. Also survived by Doreen, the mother of his children, other loving family members, friends and his loyal dog, Cooper.
