Agnes Marie Johnston

Born in Monroe, Agnes was the daughter of Henry and Martha (Sigler) Hughson. She married Terrie Johnston in 1944. Sadly he preceded her in death April 23, 1983. A dedicated homemaker, Agnes loved cats, feeding neighborhood raccoons and going fishing. Agnes leaves to cherish her memory her daughters: Betty Jones of Tecumseh, Beverly Johnston of New Boston and Bernice Collier of Carleton; five grandchildren: Diane (Wayne) Gerhinger, Debbie (Jason) Denny, Eva (Ron) Evoe, April (Van) Wright and Aaron Worthington; thirteen great grandchildren: Derek Brown, Danielle Brown, Elizabeth Gerhinger, David Gerhinger, Andy Evoe, Chelsea (Josh) Hicks, Brandon Evoe, Gatlin Wright, Paige Wright, Palin Wright, Gabriel Wright, Kori Worthington and Christian Worthington; as well as two great great grandchildren: Delaine Brown and Autumn Yates. In addition to her husband and parents, Agnes was preceded in death by a daughter Barbara Ann Lake; two brothers: George "Bud" Hughson, Robert "Bob" Hughson and a sister Eva Lamb.
