Stella Marie Francis

Stella Marie Francis, age 65 of Monroe, passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

Born in Monroe, Stella was the daughter of John and Marion (McLaughlin) Czupich. She was married to Dan Rock Francis on June 6, 1977. Stella met Bruce Miller in 2002 and they were together until his passing in 2002. Together they enjoyed traveling in his Semi Truck and attending NASCAR Races. They raised their grandchildren together and had a great love over the years. Bruce provided Stella with the safety and security she always needed. Stella worked Home Health Care as a Certified Nurse Assistant for many years. She enjoyed gardening, paint ceramics and traveling, but her most treasured times were those spent with her family as well as her dog Sandy.

Stella leaves to cherish her memory her children: Dana Bogedain, Amanda (Jeff Kolakowski) Francis and Dan Rock (Amy Wilson) Francis II; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; as well as 6 siblings: Mary Frankelman, Nancy Massey, John Czupich Jr., Roger Czupich, Diana (Eric) Gibson and Betty Ann (Jerry) Knoblauth. Sadly she was preceded in death by her parents; a sibling Joseph Czupich and her long-time companion Bruce Miller and a close nephew Sam Gibson.
