Robert Raymond Nowicke

Robert Raymond Nowicke, age 76 of Grosse Ile, MI passed away December 23, 2024 surrounded by loved ones. He had two great loves in his life; Susan Nowicke, his wife for 53 wonderful years and his dear, amazing cat Carter. Robert is preceded in death by his parents Ray and Edna Nowicke. Loving brother of Joanne (David) Cooley, Patricia (Mel) Wallace and Nancy (Jon) White. Proud Uncle of Lisa, Kyla, Lexi, Captain, Brad (Jana), Nicholas (Lindsay), Scott, Natalie and Emily and Great Uncle of Ellery and Adrienne. Bob had a kind heart and an infectious sense of humor that left a permanent mark on everyone he met. His friendships extended far and wide, and he will always be admired for his ability to light up any room he entered, especially when he was wearing his Santa suit. He loved his River Oaks Realty family and they loved him. Robert was a lifelong and devoted member of Angelica Lutheran Church since childhood and found great faith and community there. Bob loved flying and had a lifelong passion for aviation. He always had his head in the sky, whether he was watching planes, birds, or tracking the moon and the stars. He will be deeply missed and forever loved and remembered.
