Edith Mary Hunt-Hobel, age 98, of Riverview, formerly S. Rockwood, MI., passed away in her home March 13, 2014 at 4:50 PM. Edith was born December 12, 1915 in S. Rockwood to Frank and Eleanor (Burbo) LeFeve. She married Victor Hunt who preceded her in death in May of 1948, her second marriage was to Robert Hobel on Feb 7, 1953, sadly he also preceded her in death on January 19, 1976. In her younger years Edith worked as a riveter at The Bomber Plant in Willow Run at Carter Restaurant in Southgate, Michigan. Edith was an avid reader, enjoyed playing 31 and watching any Game Shows on Television. Edith was a member of St Mary's Catholic Church in Rockwood and was a member of the Pennwalt Club. Edith is survived by her children, Lyle C. (Sharon) Hunt of Trenton, MI, Marshall A. (Judy) Hunt of Riverview, MI and Candace D. (John) Faryniarz of Flat Rock, Michigan; 25 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren. Edith was also preceded in death by her parents; children, Lee, Victor, Gail Hiuser, Marlene Sieloff, Sonia Hunt and Roberta Hobel; brothers, Douglas, John, William and Frank Jr.; sisters, Eleanor Bosman, Florence Wiseman, Pearl Bourassa, Mary Cooke, Caroline Shinavare, Norma Parent, Martha Wendl and Olive Begeman.
