Dale A. Schmidt

Dale A. Schmidt, of Taylor, passed away January 22, 2024. Loving husband of Cheryl for 45 beautiful years. Cherished dad of Lindsey Goff and Brian (Lauren) Schmidt. Proud papa of Arloh Goff. Dear brother of Carla (Larry) Longardner. He is survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.

Dale had a love of humor and was known for his witty remarks. He was an avid Michigan State sports fan. He loved the Detroit Lions, Tigers, and Red Wings. He loved music in general, especially the Beatles. He never met a stranger; he was a friend to everyone. He was devoted to his family.

A memorial gathering will take place at The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes- Trenton Chapel on Saturday, January 27 from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date. The date will be posted once confirmed.
