Catherine M. Yavorsky

Born in Monroe, Catherine was the daughter of Thomas and Alvera (Dicarlo) Altman. She married the love of her life, Frank Yavorsky, October 17, 1981. Sadly he preceded her in death September 25, 2009. A dedicated homemaker, Catherine also worked as a Medical Assistant for Dr. John Pasko, and then later as a Secretary with Mason Consolidated Schools, retiring in 2010. Catherine enjoyed cooking and baking, but her most favorite times were those spent with family, especially her grandchildren. Catherine leaves to cherish her memory her children: Matthew (Melanie) Yavorsky of Monroe, Lauren Yavorsky of Monroe and Franklin Yavorsky of Toledo; three granddaughters: Makaila Yavorsky, Elise Yavorsky and Aspen Yavorsky; as well as her step-children: Michael (Chrissy) Yavorsky of Monroe and Terri (Jim) Evans of Monroe. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents.
