Barbara's eulogy written by Randy; On November 14th I lost my mom, and my very best friend . Not only that but my kids lost their amazing Grandma , and my granddaughter lost her great grandmother, I am so glad they got to meet each other. My Mom valued and treasured her family above all else , and was there for every milestone in my life as well as my kids’ lives. Through good times and bad, she stuck by us supporting us in every step of the way. When Cheyenne needed surgery , my mom was by our sides , always with a thoughtful gift and a reassuring presence. Travis had a rough time early in life due to some birth defects , Grandma always had a positive reaction that everything would work out fine , as they did . And always opened her home to him if he ever needed it when he struck out on his own. And when my beautiful Wife Bianca fell Ill and had to be hospitalized shortly after we married my mom was by her side also , I remember leaving her room to go get some lunch for us and upon my return , my mom was making sure my wife was comfortable and in no pain. My family and my kids have been truly blessed with the most amazing , loving, and caring soul My mom was among so many things to all of us , a protector , a teacher, and one of their biggest fans, no matter what , my mom was about putting smiles on peoples faces. I am so fortunate to have so many wonderful memories of my mom to share for the rest of my life. In addition to being a devoted grandmother, my mom was my hero . She was always there when I needed her most , and in ways I cant even begin to describe. See, everyone thinks they have a great mom , but as kids we knew we had a great mom . Because everyone told us so. She mothered all of our friends that came into her home , even those with perfectly good mothers of their own. My mom made sure I never went a day of my life doubting that somebody loved me Her values formed the basis for my values . And now she is my guardian angel , the day you took your last breath , a piece of me and my heart went with you. Until I see you again mother , My Angel you will always be dearly loved , always missed, and always in my heart your only son
