Johnnie Leroy Alfred

Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, Johnnie was the son of Newton and Evie (Brooks) Alfred. He faithfully served our country with the United States Air Force. Johnnie then married the love of his life, Kathryn Monske in 1965. Sadly she preceded him in death January 18, 2021. He retired from Ford Motor Company for 32 years, retiring in 2000. Johnny leaves to cherish his memory his children: Meredith Alfred, Gerald (Heather) Alfred and Jennifer (Eric) Blaies; grandchildren: Taylor Pierce, Marah Alfred, Gerald Hoover, Liam Bainbridge, Kennedi Kane and McKenzie Kane; great grandchildren: Randi Pierce, William King, Lucas King and Ella King; as well as a brother Robert (Glenda) Alfred. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two grandchildren: Lena Bainbridge and Miranda King; as well as three brothers: Jack Alfred, James Alfred and Jerry Alfred.
